Vila Paus offers two fully self-contained villas on the Urangan Esplanade, each with its own entrance, full kitchen, laundry, fast NBN fibre Wi-Fi and off-street parking. It's a quieter, more comfortable alternative to a motel room at the end of a long day.
We welcome project crews, health professionals, insurance and relocation stays, and anyone who needs a proper home base for a while. Monday–Friday stays are welcome, and we're happy to work out an arrangement that suits your roster. Just get in touch.

Getting to Work
Vila Paus is at 504 Esplanade, Urangan, at the quieter eastern end of Hervey Bay. Main roads link it to the city centre, the hospital and the highway towards Maryborough, so you can be on site quickly and back on the beachfront in time for the sunset.

Work StaysCan I book Monday to Friday only?
Yes. Weekday stays suit a lot of work rosters, and they suit us too. Arrive Sunday evening or Monday and check out Friday. For a recurring weekly arrangement, get in touch and we'll set it up with you.
Is Vila Paus suitable for a work crew?
Yes, for small teams. Vila Paus Satu has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and Vila Paus Dua has two bedrooms. Both are fully self-contained with a kitchen and laundry, and booking both villas together houses up to 11 people.
Do you offer rates for longer or recurring stays?
Longer stays booked online automatically receive our length-of-stay savings. For multi-week projects, recurring weekly bookings or company arrangements, contact us and we'll put together a quote for your dates.
Can you invoice my company?
Ask us when you enquire. Booking direct means you deal with us personally, so we can talk through what your company needs for its paperwork.
Is there parking for work vehicles?
Each villa has its own designated off-street parking space. If you're bringing several vehicles, a trailer or a larger work vehicle, let us know when you enquire so we can confirm what will work.
Can you help with short-notice or insurance accommodation?
Often, yes. We know temporary accommodation is sometimes needed quickly after a home repair or insurance event. Contact us with your dates and we'll tell you straight away what's available. Pets are welcome too, which can make a difficult time a little easier.
Is the internet good enough for remote work?
Yes. Both villas have free Wi-Fi on NBN fibre to the premises, with 500Mbps speeds and unlimited data. That's plenty for video calls, large uploads and streaming at the end of the day.
Can I charge an electric work vehicle?
Yes. Each villa has its own 7kW Evnex charger, free for guests and available around the clock. Just let us know you're bringing an EV. See our EV charging page for details.
